Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

I was charged but didn't get an order confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it after 20 minutes, contact us with your name and email, and we'll resend it.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $50 ship free within the USA.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Expedited and priority options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Contact us with your address and requirements for a shipping quote.

What if my order doesn't arrive on time?
Track your shipment using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us if it's still missing after 48 hours. If it's simply running late (more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery), contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, with no return needed for verified damage.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

What items can't be returned?
Items that have been used, cut, installed, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned. Leather hides are cut-to-order and are final sale unless defective.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it at no charge. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.

Products & Materials

What type of leather do you use?
Our cords and straps are made from 100% premium buffalo leather. Our belts, bags, and hides are full-grain leather — the highest quality grade available. Full-grain means the natural surface of the hide is preserved, developing a unique patina over time.

Are your leather products safe?
Yes. We work directly with our tanneries to ensure all materials are free from harmful substances like lead, chromium VI, and other restricted chemicals.

What is the "Zero Knot" finish on your cords?
Our leather cords are hand-cut from the strongest part of the hide, resulting in continuous strands with no knots or splices. This means consistent strength and a clean appearance throughout.

What cord thickness should I choose?
1.5mm — Best for delicate jewelry: thin bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and detailed beadwork
2mm — Versatile all-rounder: standard bracelets, wraps, hatbands, and lacing projects
3mm+ — Heavier projects: belts, bag straps, and decorative accents

How do I choose the right belt size?
Measure the waist where you wear your belt (over your pants, not bare skin). Our belt sizes correspond to this measurement in inches. If you're between sizes, order the next size up. For example, if your waist measures 35", order size 36.

Leather Care

How do I care for leather products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a lightly damp cloth
Condition leather belts and bags every 3–6 months with a quality leather conditioner
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, or chemicals

Will the leather color vary from the photos?
Yes, minor color variations are natural and expected with genuine leather. Every hide is unique, and colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings. This is a sign of authentic, high-quality leather — not a defect.
