- What should I do if my parcel is damaged or tampered with during delivery?
If you receive a parcel that is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

- What if I miss the delivery of my parcel?
If you miss the delivery of your parcel, the shipping carrier will typically make additional delivery attempts. If they are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns

- What is your return policy?
We accept returns for manufacturing defects or damages reported within 3 days of delivery. Please notify us immediately if you encounter any issues with your order.

- What items are not eligible for return or replacement?
Items that have been misused, installed, or used consumables cannot be returned. Additionally, items without original packaging or missing accessories are not eligible for return.

- How do I initiate a return?

Cancellation

- Can I cancel my order?
We do not encourage order cancellations. However, if cancellation is necessary due to unavoidable circumstances, a restocking fee of 15% of the order value may apply.

Out of Stock

- What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone. You can choose an alternative product or receive store credit for the out-of-stock item.

Pre-Order

- Do you offer pre-orders for products?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for products that are not currently in stock. Please use the pre-order form to request products or suggest restocking of old products. Pre-ordered items will be made available within 2 weeks, and payment is expected upon arrival.

Gift Certificates

- How can I purchase a gift certificate?
