Free Shipping

All U.S. orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Standard Shipping 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping 1–2 business days

Expedited and priority options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your shipping address and order details for a quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may affect delivery. Coyote Bay Leather is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Sales Tax
